Our five meal, value-pack was created for exactly what you need!

We were getting so many requests for one meal per day, lunches only or dinners only... but we wanted a way to deliver healthy meals with a touch of customization, too

Now you can have 5 delicious, ready to eat meals each week.

You will receive :

2 meals on Monday and 3 meals on Wednesday.
All meals will be from our Monday through Wednesday menu of organic, gluten-free, dairy free, low allergy, low sodium meals with no added sugar.

Please note:

The 5 meal value plan is not part of our daily delivery system, and you will receive 2 meals on Monday and 3 meals on Wednesday. Deliveries happen via a third party logistics company, mornings between 4-7 am, to most areas of the GTA.

Life is a balancing act, your meal deliveries shouldn't be!

As always our meals are prepared under the strictest health standards in our dedicated "free from" facility to ensure your optimal health. Our public health certified kitchen facility operates under a strict allergen control plan and is always 100% FREE from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, pork, shellfish, artificial ingredients such as additives, preservatives, colourants, chemicals and GMO's.
