Refund policy
Refunds:
Refunds/Cancellations on unfulfilled orders must be requested prior to the order deadline for your order date. Refunds/Cancellations will not include credit card transaction fees incurred at time of order.
Refunds/Cancellations on fulfilled orders are subject to approval. Refunds will not include credit card transaction fees incurred at time of order. Refunds on fulfilled orders will only be applicable to unused days remaining on your meal plan. Refunds/Cancellations on 20 day plans will be credited at the regular daily rate, and not the 20 day meal plan rate, or other discount. Refunds/Cancellations may also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale plans or gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds:
