Our 5 meal, value-pack was created for exactly what you need. We kept getting requests for 1 meal per day, lunches only or dinners only..

Now you can have 5 delicious, ready to eat meals each week.

You will receive :

2 meals on Monday and 3 meals on Wednesday.
All meals will be from our Monday through Wednesday menu of organic, gluten-free, dairy free, low allergy, low sodium meals with no added sugar.

Please note:

The 5 meal value plan is not part of our daily delivery system, and you will receive 2 meals on Monday and 3 meals on Wednesday. Deliveries happen via a third party logistics company, mornings between 4-7 am, to most areas of the GTA.
